Adele is aiming for a new Las Vegas residency

LAS VEGAS (KLAS) – When Adele postponed her residency at Caesars Palace, many ticket holders wondered if they could ever see the talented entertainer perform in Vegas and now, according to entertainment outlet TMZ, Adele finalizes a deal to move his residency to Planet Hollywood.

“Weekends with Adele” at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace was supposed to debut last January in Las Vegas, but due to COVID and creative differences, the musician has announced residency dates will be postponed.

However, with reports of her moving to Planet Hollywood’s Zappos Theater, fans of Adele on the tape are getting mixed reactions.

“It would be sad not to see him at Caesars,” said Candace Fernet, visiting from Canada.

“I think people would miss out on that experience in this place, because part of the intimacy of Caesars is that no matter where you sit, you feel like you’re right next to them.”

For those wondering if this will increase competition between the two sites, both properties are owned by Caesars Entertainment.

“When he comes back, whether it’s Zappos or Caesars, it will be as amazing as we all hoped,” said Adele fan and Las Vegas resident Alex Vargas.

As for those who have purchased tickets to Adele’s residency, ticket marketplaces like Ticketmaster inform customers that their tickets are still valid and that they will receive an email reminder when a date is rescheduled.
