The Las Vegas Raiders who must realize their potential in 2022

Looking ahead to the 2022 NFL season, here are some members of the Las Vegas Raiders who need to fulfill their potential.

The 2022 season is fast approaching, and with so much excitement around a new diet and a roster being built, this might be the most anticipated Raider season in decades.

The hiring of a new head coach and general manager; in addition to adding All-Pro talent in the form of defensive end Chandler Jones and wide receiver Davante Adams, the Raider stalwarts believe big things could be on the horizon.

With so much hype surrounding a franchise that just made its first playoff appearance since 2016; expectations for this franchise have skyrocketed with such a busy 2022 offseason.

With high expectations comes big results, and that’s where a few young Raiders need to realize their potential as soon as possible for this team to live up to its lofty expectations.

We’ll take a look at three Raiders who need to fulfill their potential for the Raiders to take the next step in their development as AFC contenders.
