LAS VEGAS, NV – The Stove NV, located in Henderson, Nevada, is thrilled to announce its new restaurant menu and hours of operation under the direction of Executive Chef John Baez.

The new menu includes classic brunches, such as pancakes, waffles and eggs Benedict, but elevated by the use of classic European cooking techniques with Latin and South American flavor profiles. The menu also includes a section dedicated to vegans, so there is something for everyone.

Some notable menu selections include:

Birria beef empanadas, made with Manchego cheese, chipotle, roasted poblano and milpa corn dough.
Juicy Lucy Sammy, composed of double patty of certified Angus beef, “Chori-queso”, onion rings wrapped in bacon, house pickles, Thousand Island truffle vinaigrette, greens, roasted tomatoes and brioche.
Gibbs Boysenberry Burnt Oatmeal, made with Medjool dates, chopped walnuts and Boysenberry Crème Brûlée

The Stove NV New opening hours 7 days a week, effective April 1, 2022:

Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Saturday & Sunday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
